Sorelle and Co. takes a unique approach to food, mixing refined elegance with healthy, worry-free ingredients and a family-friendly style.
The inspiration began with five young sisters (“Sorelle” means sister in Italian). All of the girls were plagued by food allergies, including gluten, dairy, eggs, soy and nuts – even little Rosie, who at only one-year-old, suffered constantly. Experts said that she would outgrow the food sensitivities but her reactions only worsened with time. Her Mom decided to take action. She eliminated troublesome ingredients from Rosie’s diet and quickly started seeing results.
Motivated by her daughters’ dietary needs, as well as her love for cooking, she set out to create a unique food destination that all children, including Rosie, could enjoy. She envisioned a place where parents could take their kids for birthdays and special celebrations, while breathing easy knowing that the food was made with wholesome, non-GMO, and preservative-free ingredients.
